Meditation

If you have ever said to yourself that you can't stop thinking, then meditation is highly recommended.  Meditation is the art of learning how to focus on 1 thing only.  By learning how to focus on one thing, then you can begin to become centered.  The health benefits of meditation are too numerous to list however the biggest one is overcoming anxiety.  

What type of Meditation do you teach?

We offer meditation mainly based on Daoist Water path teachings which involve bringing energy out of you head into a place known as the lower Dantien, or the belly button area.  Our meditation will put you into a state of calmness and serenity allowing you to refocus your thoughts and emotions.  Our meditation is good for both health and spiritual needs and you do not need to sit cross legged.
