Now is the time to look inside yourself and learn how to nurture your body, mind and spirit. This workshop will give you the tools that you need to begin or advance your meditation practice. Based on ancient Daoist Philosphy and medicine, learn how to calm the mind, rid yourself of anxious thoughts, and recharge your body. This online workshop is for all levels and will be done through Zoom. After registration is received you will get a confirmation email and on the day of the workshop you will receive an email with the meeting link and passcode.
