Receive a Free Laboratory Analysis of Your Fish

Each coupon is time-sensitive and will expire six months from the date of when you purchased the gift box. We would request that you pay a shipping and handling fee and fill out a short question page.
Upon receipt of a check, money order or credit card data we will send you a prepaid mailer with a bottle containing a small amount of testing fluid. Place a piece of fish (about one inch by one inch by one half inch) in the fluid. Be sure that the top of the bottle is closed firmly. Place the bottle and the completed questionnaire in a plastic bag and close the top. Take the pre-address label that came with your kit and place it over the existing label. Place the bag in a mailing container and drop in the U.S. mail.
In about two weeks we will mail you the following:
1. The amount of mercury in your fish as defined by a purity level.
2. Where your fish sample is rated on a chart of all fish that we have tested.
3. Wallet size card of EPA rated average amounts of mercury in different types of fish.
